quinsjobs.com is an online recruitment and human resources portal operated by Quins International Bangladesh Ltd. The website serves as a venue for job candidates ("Candidates") to post CVs and apply for vacancies, and for employers/recruiters ("Employers") to search, evaluate, and post recruitment requisitions.
2. Candidate Terms & Responsibilities
Candidates agree to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information regarding their identity, educational background, professional credentials, and work history. Uploading fraudulent certificates, impersonating another person, or submitting false work experience is strictly prohibited. Accounts engaging in misrepresentation will be permanently terminated without notice. Submitting a resume or applying for job posts does not guarantee selection, interview invitations, or employment offers. Hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective Employers. Quins Jobs does not charge Candidates any fee to create a profile or apply for standard job postings on the platform.
3. Employer Terms & Requisitions
Employers warrant that all job postings represent genuine, active, and lawful employment opportunities. Postings for fraudulent schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or illegal activities are strictly banned. Candidate data accessed through quinsjobs.com must be used exclusively for evaluating applicants for genuine vacancies. Employers are prohibited from harvesting, reselling, or using candidate data for unsolicited bulk marketing. Fees paid for job posting packages, featured listings, or resume database access are non-refundable once activated, unless specified otherwise in a separate B2B service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All website design, branding, software code, databases, logos, and content on quinsjobs.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Quins International Bangladesh Ltd. Users are strictly prohibited from scraping, extracting, or duplicating candidate databases, website content, or code without explicit written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
Quins Jobs acts as a portal connecting Candidates and Employers. We are not a party to any employment contract executed directly between Candidates and Employers outside our managed placement contracts. Quins International Bangladesh Ltd. assumes no liability for personal financial transactions, employment disputes, or agreements made directly between Candidates and Employers.
